MAKE A PURCHASE;
View available items in ESTORE. Click on photos to see more information and photos of item. Use the drop-down menu to choose/see which sizes the item is available in. ‘Add to shopping bag’ means that we have your product and right size in stock. Choose your preferable size and colour, and click "Add to shopping bag" if the product is available. Click 'add to shoppingbag’ and your purchase is now registered in shoppingbag/checkout up in the top right corner. Go to shoppingbag/checkout to complete your purchase and check out. If you wish to continue shopping, keep looking at available items in ESTORE before you visit shoppingbag/checkout.
Step 1:ITEMS IN YOUR CHART. This is where you overview and alter your items you have wished to purchase.and see total amount.
Step 2. PLEASE CHOOSE A DELIVERY TYPE The shipping cost depends on your country. Choose how you want your products to be delivered depending on if you live in Europe or outside Europe. There is also an alternative to send with carbon of tax. Please see shipping for more information about shipping on the lower menus
Step 3.PLEASE CHOOSE AN PAYMENT METHODS: Choose how you would like to pay. At the moment we accept VISA, Master Card and paypal.
Step 4: ADDRESS AND PERSONAL DETAILS; If you wish to have your order sent to an alternative address (for instance, if you want to send it to someone as a gift or want to leave you working address), you can write the alternative address here. Notice that items will be shipped with UPS and their delivery time is usually scheduled weekdays between 8am to 17pm.At misc you can also leave a personal msg to JAÅL Atelier. Tick the box ’I confirm the conditions for sending this order’ and click confirm the order to continue to go to payment
PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners or Maestro cards or PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. You can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or your already registered PayPal account.
This payment method passes your order along to PayPal who receive and control your order. If you have a registered PayPal account you can choose this for purchase without typing your credit card information. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional, which means that you as a customer can complete your payment first, and then decide whether you want to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.
Refunds are processed instantly. If the PayPal payment was funded by credit card the money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to four days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement. Refunds of transactions that were funded by PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customer’s PayPal account.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
